Hank just got faster and smarter. Two changes, both aimed at getting you to the answer faster. This is a joint update across both platforms and available now to all users.

How is it done?

• In-query tagging

A faster brain. Hank is now running on a new model. Queries that used to take 30 seconds are returning in 10. Nothing to do on your end — just less waiting.

Tag what you mean. You can now tag specific products, departments, categories and more directly inside your query. Hank stops guessing and gives you answers tied to exactly what you're asking about.

Also this month

• Comparisons, expanded across Categories, Departments, Suppliers and Manufacturers — available in Retail+ and Supply+.
• Supplier analysis speed-up: the 5–10x performance gains from March are now live in the Retail+ Supplier section.
• Bug fixes: reliable large supplier exports at scale; iOS date picker no longer disappears.
