A short profile in our Meet the Weavers series - the people building tapestry, in their own words.

Kevin Garcia-Fernandez is one of the front-end engineers behind Retail+ and the wider tapestry product surface. In this conversation he and Chris talk about the work itself: the problems Kevin reaches for, the patterns the team is building, and the kind of operator feedback that changes how he writes code.

What you'll notice in the conversation is how operationally grounded the engineering work is. The team ships against real retail workflows - exception management, category review, on-shelf availability, supplier conversations. Not abstract feature lists. Kevin describes the satisfaction of watching a customer go from "that took us four hours" to "that took us four minutes" as the closest his job gets to a moment of pure feedback.

It's a small window into who's building tapestry. We'll be running more of these over time - the people doing the work tend to describe it better than any pitch deck can.
